The basic rules of the game:

 

• Choose who will ask first, and who will answer.

• The person being asked the question decides whether to have a casual conversation or a coaching one.

•  Pick a card, and ask the question.

 

A casual conversation can go anywhere or nowhere—the point is just to open the door on the subject, and see where it goes.

 

A coaching conversation affects measurable change through a series of well-defined steps and questions:
